I wanted to point out that 2016 is a Leap Year and that the 29th day of February will affect the 90 day count for December, January, and February filers.

For example, for those who applied in December 2014:

Green card anniversary: 07-Mar-2015

Early filing date: 07-Dec-2014

But for those applying in December 2015:

Green card anniversary: 07-Mar-2016

Early filing date: 08-Dec-2015

This is only a concern if you are counting the days manually... using the USCIS Early Filing Calculator automatically accounts for this.

Am I the first one here?? oh, well I sent my docs today 12/02/2015 my gc dated 10/19/2010. Good luck. My bf just past his Oath, It took him 4 month and 1 day since we sent his docs.

Local Office is Tampa, FL. And I am sending on 14th of this Month. Please correct the dates.

11/22/12 = Filed I-751 to remove conditions

OK I wrote something but then I realized that I totally had a blonde moment so disregard!!

Mine will be submitted next week on the 15th!

Only question I have is about when to sign the application... I mean what date to put on it. Can I sign it ahead of time but post-dated to the 15th? That way it is signed corresponding to my earliest filing date OR do I sign today's date and hold the package until I send it out so that it arrives on that day and the date I signed doesn't actually matter! This is eating at my brain right now!
