She apply and is considered on her own merits

good pay scale, ties to her country, great savings

or credit union or house/land title helps...Don't know

if an application for the 3 yr old would be a smart

move, she may be denied 214B every applicant

need a separate application & fee.

still have not heard about what 'business' she is running....and how she managed to get a work permit to do so...and who will run the 'business' in her absence and who is this 'friend' living in the US...and what will bring this applicant back to wherever after a visit?

All too often, people working in a 3rd country attempt to get tourist visas to the US shortly after arriving in said 3rd country....

One thing to consider is that UAE citizenship is nearly impossible to attain for third country nationals, so anyone who's not Emirati in UAE is pretty much temporary visitors. To me, it will be hard to establish ties to UAE. It never hurts to try, but be aware of the high possibility of denial.

Good news is that you can probably visit your friend a whole lot easier!

Then just show ties to Pakistan.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

it does not matter you are a emarati or not if u have a good income plus own apartment or property u will get visa of any country

Not true. Many expatriates in UAE rent bed space, not their own apartment. It takes 20 years to get UAE citizenship, so most expats are visiting UAE, even though they have a work visa. This is what makes ties to the country very difficult. Go with ties with Pakistan, but seeing how she is residing outside of Pakistan, demonstrating ties to Pakistan will also be difficult.
