It should be 30 regular days, and the answer I think is yes or no, it all depends on luck.

back in October I had the same situation as you do, after 30 regular days, the customer rep asked me to put it into supervisor review and I struggled. But she still put me in there anyway.

Luckily my 2 cases were reviewed 3 days after they put it under supervisor review back by then. However I got a RFE on one of my case.

So this time it went past 30 days AGAIN after I mailed in some new documents, which the scan date was Nov 20, and they put it under supervisor review on Dec 21.

now it's already Dec 29 but I didn't get any news yet although I am calling there everyday, I think their schedule is gonna be delayed due to christmas and new year holidays also.

I just checked the receipt I got from the NVC when I sent in my application and it says 30 business days. I think I am going to wait until the new year to go on supervisor review because of all the horror stories of being stuck in a supervisors review haunt me. Has anyone heard of a person never getting a CC and having to go to supervisors review? And also, which days are the NVC not working due to the holidays? Thank you

If your case is put under supervisor review, it can take between 1 day to 2 months for your case to be completed. It really depends on who's your supervisor and whether the NVC has all your documents or not. I actually do not recommend supervisor review unless your wait time has passed 30 days or even 45 days since supervisor review varies for each case.

Oh yay!!! my case just got completed this morning!!!! Sent under supervisor review on 21st and being reviewed today!!! The best news for me in 2015!!!!

So the next thing is to wait for the interview date~~

05/12/2015: Ask NVC if I can file CSPA
07/09/2015: NVC replied CSPA as "cannot be reviewed" due to "no visa number available"

07/16/2015: Pay IV fee

08/17/2015: Send AOS and IV Package
08/20/2015: NVC Scan Date

09/14/2015: CSPA approved

09/19/2015: Submit DS260 for parents

09/24/2015: Case forwarded to supervisor to open invoice :wacko:

10/02/2015: IV fee opened + checklist for petitioner's birth cert

10/03/2015: Pay fee for CSPA case

10/07/2015: Mail checklist's documents

10/09/2015: Submit DS260 for me

10/16/2015: Checklist certification scan date

10/24/2015: Send IV Package

10/29/2015: NVC Scan Date 2

12/14/2015: Case Completed at NVC (confirmed by calling on Dec 18th)

1/31/2016: Interview schedule on March 29th, 2016
03/03/2016: Medical
03/29/2016: Interview - Visa approved

Wow! Thank you! I haven't gotten my interview date yet but do you know approximately how long it takes to get one? I called now and they said my case was completed dec. 23 but that they send an email a week later telling you it's case complete. Happy New Year!

The interview will depend on when the South Korea embassy or consulate has an open spot and that they can put you in an open spot. So if your embassy or consulate does not have a lot of people applying for immigration then probably you'll get an interview soon.
