So my situation is basicly like that: I sent my application forms for an Adjustment of Satus and together with that I sent my Work Authorization form which is the I-765, at the end of August, which would let me work before I get my actual green card.

The problem is that it has been more than 3 months and I havent heard anything from that form other that they have recieved. I researched a bit and read that normally it takes to mothns to be issued, so I am getting worried about that because I also need to get a job.

So what should I do? just wait? try to contact anybody? I checked the status in the USCIS website and just says that they will reviw the application and notify me.

I already went and got my biometrics taken etc.

thank you for your advice.

Same that me. They received my documents on 08/06/2015, and just today they approved my EAD but my AP not yet (received).

What I should to do? It suppose to be in the same card my EAD and AP, right?

You sent it in at the end of August? It is only the beginning of November, so you are not at the the three month point yet. It should come soon if you did not get an RFE.

You say you sent it at the end of August yet your timeline says early August. Please update your timeline so we can help you out better.

Why don't you go join the thread with the other August filer found here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/560526-august-2015-filers/

There are still people from August waiting for EAD/AP. My NOA1 was August 23 and I got my EAD/AP last Friday (October 30). Just be patient, it will come.

You should call the 1-800 number and inquire. I applied late August and I had my EAD approved last week.

You could call but it's relatively normal. Some here only need to wait 60 days while some unlucky ones have to wait around 100 days. The current processing time according to USCIS is 3 months so you're pretty much there.
