it was 10/09, it went past the 30 days and I had called and they flagged it for a supervisor to look at, then it was approved. Not sure why it took longer than usual.

Which date did you call?

Which date did you call?

I called on the 9th and was told it was day 30 and they would have a supervisor look at it. I called back on Tuesday and was scolded by the operator because she saw the note in the file that I had called the day before. She told me to wait and call again in a few days. This morning I got the 3 NA's.

Just had a look at your timeline and you are blessed. millions of people would dream of completing the USCIS stage and NVC in 2 months. It's taken us 11 months so far, we don't even have our case number yet and were thanking our luky stars we have made it this far in the average time.

My supervisor review took less than 5 days. A number of persons here took just about the same time to get reviewed

Our petition was approved on October 18 and sent to NVC on October 28, but NVC still hasn't received it!

I understand it takes a while to generate a case number, but why would it take over two weeks from the time the case was mailed, just to receive it?

I hope our case is just sitting in NVC mailroom, waiting its turn to be entered into the system, and not lost in the mail!

Hello guys, I got my NOA2 on Oct 7th, NVC received my file on Oct 26th and my case number was assigned on Nov 12th. Do you know how long now to get the AOS bill or the NVC welcome letter? Does this letter come through email or post?

Thanks!

So I just got off the phone with NVC. Again they told us the same thing. That our case is basically complete but they are waiting to generate my electronic file (scanning the documents from USCIS) and that is backlogged and there is no time frame on this. She told me she can give me info on how to submit an expedite request (which I already know how to do). Really don't know what to do at this point. Does anyone know if sending an expedite request is worth it or will it just slow down my case possibly?

I would not recommend anyone to do electronic processing. It was just a mistake.
