Hello everyone...

I haven't checked the forum in a while.. We moved to a new house and a new city !

We changed successfully our address (USCIS sent us a letter) and called USCIS last THURSDAY to expedite our case due to soon military deployment... :cry2:

But still nothing from them...

According to the timelines I should have at least heard for my EAD at the beginning of January but nothing yet..

We filed on Oct 27...is anyone still waiting like us?

We received a request for another version of our taxes but no other evidence requested...(this was Dec 1)

We have nearly same timeline with different category. I have put service request, and got response with this - "case is within our current processing time". Hoping for the best.

F2A - AOS Journey

10/24/2015 - AOS Sent via USPS EMS

10/27/2015 - i485, i131 & i765 Case Accepted

11/03/2015 - (Receipt # received in eMail - SMS for all three)

11/23/2015 - Biometric Done

01/14/2016 - EAD/AP approved, New Card Produced...

01/22/2016 - EAD/AP Card Received

04/04/2016 - Case updated for Interview, Interview in MidMay @ Tampa,FL

05/13/2016 - Interview (Approved, IO told about receiving paperwork in a week)

06/06/2016 - Service Request for Case taking longer time (As no update on case after 3 weeks of Interview)

07/07/2016 - Service Request open & respond

07/09/2016 - Card was delivered to me by the post office, Physical card (10 years) & Welcome Letter received - (No update as email, but case status updated on USCIS web)

Hello everyone...

Hey! I have the exact same timeline as you. We filed October 28th, responded to an RFE in late November, and changed our address two weeks ago. We ALSO submitted a service request to expedite the EAD card, and received notice today (Jan 14) that the card was approved and on the way to our new address. It took about two weeks after we submitted a service request to get the EAD approved. I hope that helps....

Hi everyone . we mailed our AOS package on 28th October 2015 , received biometrics appointment for December but sent it back and asked for a january date as we was leaving for UK for holidays before then.

They amended the date until we got back no problem. Had my biometrics done today. Now its just a waiting game i guess.

One thing i cant seem to do is check my case online - not sure why as i have been putting in the nuber that begins with WAC and nothing it keeps saying i have wrong number.

What other number am i surposed to put in when it asks me for my number please anyone know ?

For me it was the number that starts with MSC .. it's on the NOA receipt

Yes they send it 2 day USPS.

after my service request on monday, i got an update to that ead is being produced and will be mailed to me. my question is, how long does it take to receive it?

We got today something in the mail that says that the are reviewing the expedite requests...fingers crossed!!

Today we received text/email notification that our interview will be on Feb 19th. We are really looking forward to this and a break until ROC time.

Best wishes to all as they are moving forward. We are off to visit family in Ireland next week. I will let you know how the AP works.

Got 2 separate envelopes in the mail. One original and one copy for NOA saying that my ead and advance parole are approved and I will get card in a separate mail soon.. praying to get it asap..

I called the number 1-800-375-5283 and its viging me a long menu, I don't know which number to press and when I have to enter my receipt number it says that is not correct :s

AOS FROM F1 VISA (2015-2016)

DAY 000 - 10/24 - sent i485, i130 and i765 (NO AP)

DAY 001 - 10/27 - received (priority date)

DAY 008 - 11/03 - NOA1

DAY 028 - 11/23 - fingerprints appointment

DAY 037 - 12/02 - i485 "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

DAY 081 - 01/15 - sent electronic service request on i765. That same day was approved

DAY 086 - 01/20 - EAD was mailed to me.

DAY 089 - 01/23 - EAD received

DAY 150 - 03/20 - Interview scheduled

DAY 182 - 04/21 - Interview approved

DAY 190 - 04/29 - Green Card received

ROC

01/22/2018 - Eligible to fill ROC
