Hi, I would like to know please if there is any accurate calculator/way that may be people here they use to know the exact 90 days open windows to remove the conditions on green card, i entered to USA with CR1 on 02/02/2014, when the 90 days windows will be open for me ? Just input the expiration date of your card and it will tell you the earliest date you can file (ie the start of the 90-day window).

The calculator worked perfect. My wife will file by 10-4-2015. Sorry to "bump" on someone's else's thread, but this was a huge help to us, as we are putting together paper work, to file by first week of October.

Just remember, 90 days is NOT the same as 3 months!

More than one person here has made that mistake and been rejected for it.

I put in my husband's expiration date 1/17/15 and the calculator gave me 10/19/14. Haha really? I did it many times...its messed up. Obviously its supposed to be 2016.

You want the "Card Expires: xx/xx/xx" date for this. Based on your timeline info, I think you were using at the "Resident Since" date.

That is the correct date for 90 days prior to Jan 17, 2015.

It sounds like you are entering the wrong date. Try again with the expiry date.

Yep..I put in his arrival date. We have to file 10/20/16. One more year.

You know you don't actually have to file exactly 90 days before the expiration of your Green Card. Some people seem to think that their application has to arrive at USCIS on that particular date... Just relax, you'll be fine even if you send it 2 weeks before your GC expires.
