Trying to make sense of this I-864p affadavit of support needed for the K-1 visa. My Fiance has three dependent children with his ex wife. All under the age of ten. They will stay in the UK with their mother, primarily, do I need to include them in my household size in determining my income requirments? Is my household size actually 5 instead of 2? Any ideas?

No, they are not counted in YOUR household.

YOUR household includes you, YOUR children, your spouse, etc.

If they are not immigrating, then they do not need sponsorship. You count your own household size plus your foreign fiance.

Your household size includes yourself and the following individuals, no matter where they live: any spouse, any dependent children under the age of 21, any other dependents listed on your most recent Federal income tax return, all persons being sponsored in this affidavit of support, and any immigrants previously sponsored with a Form I-864 or Form I-864 EZ
