RFE due to i864a

hi dear forum, we received RFE due the lack of form I864A, father's wife (he is our sponsor) she should add 864A form to our case, now we fill this form, we have some questions,
part 2 who fills this paragraph and who enter there

in our house there 4 people, that is including me (immigrant) my wife and two parents

do I need to fill the taxes, if we have already sent them

the petitioner is always the main sponsor, so the petitioner files an i864, if you are the petitioner then the household size is 2, you and your wife

the father files an i864 as the joint sponsor and his wife files the i864A and their household size is 3, the 2 of them plus the beneficiary

Part 2 #13 states 'I, THE SPONSOR', and so that is where the sponsor filling out the I-864 puts their name(in this case it is your joint sponsor). Then if it is just for 1 intending immigrant listed on the I-864(which is you), you put a 1 where it says to '(indicate number)'. List the intending immigrant's name and info on line a. The sponsor then signs and dates the form where it asks on #14.

Part 3 #15 is for the household member filling out the I-864A. They put their name and also indicate the number of immigrants. They sign and date where it asks on #16.

You send everything back to the address on your RFE.

Include a copy of their most recent joint return with all forms, schedules W-2s and/or 1099s and any proof of the mom's current income, such as letter from employer or recent pay stubs
