Do you ever type in the receipt numbers before yours to see how it's going?

Hi all,

I was just curious if anyone ever types in the receipt numbers before their own to see how things are going. I have typed in...ummm :secret: I cannot believe I am admitting this but 1000 receipt numbers before my own and all k1s in those one thousand (from what I can tell) have gotten either RFEs or have been sent to the US Department of State except for a few (maybe 2 or 3) that have recently gotten a document (NOA2?). It;s been about a week like this. It sucks wondering if mine is going to be next or if they are actually working on it now but there was a hit because of a similar name etc... :clock:

yes, after mine took so long at NVC I checked numbers before and after mine

no idea who they belonged to or what country

just wanted to know if other cases were moving or delayed

mine was about the same as around me

I've done the same thing and tracking about 30 numbers before and after mine.

I also signed up for a subscription to Immifairy and get a daily report that shows the progress, or lack thereof, at TSC.

So I started looking at numbers yesterday, and a batch from 8 before mine to 15 or so before mine were processed late in the day yesterday (the date was Saturday but it changed yesterday). They had the same priority date as I did. So I thought hey, maybe mine is coming up soon! but then I checked numbers higher than mine, and there were some that had priority dates weeks before mine, so now I'm just confused.
