Im confused in regards to my actual NOA1, if someone can help me out, I got my NOA1 email and text 8/26, letter in the mail with NOA1 8/31, and on myUSCIS website it says case recieved 8/24 and my priority date is 8/24 :help::help:

I believe your NOA1 date is the date referred as Priority date on your Letter. Hence your NOA1 08/24 :thumbs:

Next step is to figure out if there is a class, gym, project, book, anything you would like to do that takes about a year, just to help time go by.

I joined Crossfit, cleaned up my diet...Lets see what I can achieve in a year, im sure itll fly by and i wont look back at it as wasted time "waiting"....im not waiting...im PREPARING

My husband filed i-130 for me and for my step daughter. And now they request for the RFE for the child. Do you guys any idea of what kind of evidence do they need. Do they request for DNA testing?

Sent I130 petition for cr1 and was accepted 8/3 in Arizona and sent to Nebraska.

Waiting for the next noa2

7/30/2015 Sent I130 priority mail to have tracking, I suggest you do the same.

8/4/2015 NOA1 (Nebraska)

1/15/2016 Called NVC and got case/invoice number logged into this site to pay fees, pick agent -> https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx 1/15/2016 picked agent DS-261

1/18/2016 paid aos fee

1/28/2016 review 261 to get iv fee unlocked ( unlocked once I did review,was taking to long)

2/1/ 2016 sent AOS & IV packets together to nvc while I waited for iv fee to open to save time.

2/4/2016 paid IV Fee and waited to do ds260

2/3/2016 nvc received aos and iv packets(scan date)

2/7/2016 ds260 completed and now waiting for cc

♧CASE COMPLETE. .. march 8th

4/20/15 shots 4/25/15 rest of medical exam

INTERVIEW APRIL 27TH @8:30

April 27th 221g for additional documentation and placed in administrative processsing.

Not sure about it....

I made a request for expedite today (medical), they told me in 5 days I should receive an email with a response. I know they are strict when it comes to expedites so we will see...

Got the text and email today. Getting sent to Nebraska. NOA1 to NOA2 is 157 days, same as Texas :(

Check out June and July filers, Nebraska seem to be moving faster these days. I saw a few approvals in 1 to 2 months ?, so keep the hope alive.
