Mine just got sent to the National Benefits Center. Also, I have received three (3) Case numbers and haven't got one for my I-485. FYI, I am filing concurrently for AOS from a H1 visa. Should I be worried? Or am I just being paranoid?

August Filer here.. Got denied K1 and got married in July and applied for I-130. Got the text today that they received it. Back to this waiting game :-( ... I just want to be with my love. My case is being sent to Texas :crying:

I just looked at the London consulate checklist (I-130 Checklist for Alien Spouse) and saw they want "Beneficiary's photo page from his/her valid foreign passport." But it's not in the I-130 instructions so I didn't include that! Did everyone else include it? Is there a way to amend my petition (after I get my NOA1)?

We sent a photocopy of all the passport pages for the beneficiary and a photocopy of the passport main page of the petitionar. We are living in France and filed from there. I am now waiting for NOA1 and it was received at the Chicago lockbox on the 6. I am glued to my email account since Monday. Hopefully today is the day we receive it.

sent in our i-130 August 6th

received an email that it was approved and transffered to Texas (ughhh) on August 11th

now ill read up some more and get everything together for the next stage.
