Filed on August 25th 2015, and done biometrics on 9/30. Still waiting. I have an international travel in last August and my driver's license will also expire by the end of August. Keeping my finger crossed.

Saw some July filers are getting their approvals this week. Hopefully all our August VSC filers will get approved in the next several weeks!

I've been approved by VSC! No rfe or interview. I was worried they'd hassle me as my wife had traveled back to her country a couple of times without me. Got the letter in the mail today.

Awesome! Congrats! You are one of the earliest August filers.

I'm excited to see things start to move here and there, but I have to admit I'm a bit frustrated that we filed at the end of July (NOA 1 on August 3) and still nothing... When CSC's approving applications from December right now... :(

Congratulations! Finally VSC has started opening August folders. Can you please post you exact approval date from the letter so we can update the chart and also a question just to confirm-you got the letter from Vermont not from the local office, right?

Hey guys! I just got my green card yesterday and I'm curious about the ROC procedures. What is the average wait time for an approval?

Grr, my wife applied for her condition remove on 2015/08/10, got NOA 2015/08/11, and her bio appointment 2015/09/11 (yeah, inauspicious, but meh), and like many others we've still got no response from VSC.

And of course we're in the process of buying a house, and are now having to re-explain to the ignorant doc checkers at the mortgage company that the combination of the Green Card with the i-797 that extended it for a year is not technically 'expired' despite the date printed on it... :/ The initial doc checkers seemed to understand, but whatever twit they have doing 'final review' is doing a lazy Sunday through the queue... :ranting: On Memorial weekend of course while everyone that I can directly talk to is off for the day and Monday...
