Good evening guys, I was wondering if there is a way that I can check my case WITHOUT calling nvc? On July 1, I got an email that stated that all of the nessesary documentation for my case have been received, and that as soon as an interview is available I will be notified. This means that it is completed, right!? Anyways, I keep checking under visa application status on the CEAC website, and all it says is; AT NVC. Does anybody here have the same issue? I am trying not to be too happy about this because I don't know what is really going on, but I want to be happy about it ????.

Hey Honey and Bunny,

The best and most reliable way to get up to date info about your case is to call nvc. You need to call nvc and find out if your case is complete and if it was complete on july 1st then you should receive you interview date soon. My case was complete on july 7th and I found out today that that my interview has been scheduled for august 11th. I haven't even received the case complete email as of yet and when I called them to mentioned this they told me that it's probably "stuck somewhere". Don't wait for their emails. It takes forever. You need to call them up.

The email usually goes out 5 to 7 business days after your actual completed date so maybe your case was completed sooner than the 1st...ours was completed the 1st but I didn't get email confirmation till the 8th also the cracks will change from "at nvc" to "in transit" once your interview is scheduled and nvc mails your file to your embassy I believe once it's received it will change to "ready" I'm also anxiously waiting to get scheduled!

Hi my case was completed on July 7th too, but I haven't received no email yet. U r very lucky that u got ur interview date soon after cc. For most people it's takes ages...and I think I'm one of them...

I am not LUCKY at all. Have you seen my timeline? I don't even know if my case is completed yet... I just have to keep playing the waiting game.
