I just received an update from USPS and it said that my application will be delivered on Monday, which is a 13th. At least it is not a Friday and I hope that number 13 on a Monday will be a blessing (

Pumpita, did you submit the G-1145 to get email and/or text notification?

ETA: it took us ten days from the NOA1 email date to receive the snail mail in Canada, so I imagine it may take longer to get to Argentina.

I-130 sent: July 14th (delivered July 17th by DHL)

Checks Cashed: July 22nd

NOA1 received: August 5th via mail - California Service Center

NOA2 received: August 18th via email

NVC Received Package: September 4th.

Got NVC Case Number over the Phone: September 21st.

Paid AoS Bill / Send DS261: September 21st.

Paid IV Bill: October 23rd.

Submitted DS-260: October 30th.

Sent AoS and IV Packages: November 10th.

Received Checklist: December 3rd.

New Scan Date: December 4th.

Case Complete: December 31 (they said the cases were completed since Dec. 17th but something was missing in one of them)

Medical Examination: February 2nd.

Interview Date: February 29th

Hmm...well if they cashed your cheque they clearly received your package! hope you get your email soon! but I've read where people got the mail and never received the email, so you just never can tell.

I really hope we get some approvals soon!! Seems all the service centers have been slowing down.. for all that got their petitions routed to california, did you file from abroad?

We got sent to CSC and sent our letter through Switzerland, though we live in the Netherlands.

American girl and Swiss/Italian boy who met in San Francisco in 2009, moved to Amsterdam in 2014 and married in Switzerland in 2015. Both living and filed for CR-1 from abroad. (L)

Hi everyone. Sent i-130 on July 8, received NOA-1 by email on July 16th although online it says they received it on July 14th. it was sent to the California Center so now the waiting game begins, I'm praying that because I am living in Costa Rica with my husband it might get auto expedited. Fingers Crossed!

Hey everyone,

I am getting anxious because I send the I-130 package to the US Postal address while I send it by express mail. We got all confused with the addresses. Chronopost managed to deliver it on tuesday 21 and we still haven't heard anything. A person name L.TATE signed the Chronopost delivering paper. Do you know how much delay I should plan because of this. When you received your NOA1 did it go directly in your email or did it go in your spam? What email address is it send from?

Next time I will do it right!
