I just received an update from USPS and it said that my application will be delivered on Monday, which is a 13th. At least it is not a Friday and I hope that number 13 on a Monday will be a blessing (

We had our I-130 interview at the Cincinnati field office yesterday, We just received the approval for both mine and my daughter who is living in Haiti. I hope that all of you who are still waiting a good. As we are moving forward, our heart still looking back until all of us (July fillers) are approved.

AT USCIS u cant track or call to see where we at visa process case and see how much time left but once im approved ( I . A ) Can we call NVC n track the case there as it goes on till interview date?

July 15th 2015: I-130 petition sent to Chicago filing center

July 17th 2015: NOA1, petition forwarded to Nebraska

July 21st 2015: NOA1 Hard copy received

January 5th 2016: Petition approved!

January 14 2016: NOA2 hardcopy received

January 14th 2016: Case sent to Dept. of State

February 2nd 2016 : received NVC welcome letter along with case and invoice number

May 11, 2016: DS-261 completed and AOS fee paid

May 19th 2016: Immigrant visa fee paid

July 6th 2016: DS-260 completed

July 8th 2016: Our AOS package was received

August 13th 2016: AOS package review complete and visa interview scheduled for Sept 27th 2016!!!

September 21st 2016: Hubbys medical exam

September 27th: APPROVED!

Congratulations! to everyone that have received their APPROVAL NOTICES!!! we just gotten ours on September 26, 2015 and filed paperwork on June 17, 2015 with first NOA June 23, 2015 with that being about 95 days! We wish everyone the BEST of luck....Thank you! to the young lady that came into my life for a short time and told me about VJ because, this has been a huge help to us for information.
