you got notification that your visa is printed and at loomis already? man I'm still waiting. it says issued but under admin process. i guess wont know till monday.

Yeah mine is with Loomis...it took 5 days after issued to get to Markham...You will get yours this week, my problem now is that Markham is far from where I live and the TTC don't go too close to the address, so I was trying to get them to deliver it to my home and I pay the fee...But you have to make that request online and not by phone...after u make the request then they will call you, seems like some of the people working there has some serious issues, very rude...I will tell you all about my experience after I pick mine up...

But anyway since I don't drive, I will have to make the trip out there tomorrow and do some serious walking to get to the address....I have been in this process for over 18 months now and I feel drained and tired...

Be prepared because like I said before you and others waiting will get yours this week... :dancing:

Few more weeks to go and still busy updating all documents for interview.

Bring updated Federal income tax information to the interview. If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) and provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal income tax extension in lieu of a Federal income tax return, bring the sponsor's most recent Federal income tax return to the visa interview.

?I updated my husband i-864 and this thing came up and confuses me. different situation from the previous filing of AOS to the present. He started working this year last April only. if i compute the Individual Annual income, his current is : rate/hour x 40 hrs/week x 52 weeks right.

what if he starts in april. does it count that 52 weeks still or minus the January to April. so my counting is from April- dec 2015 or just compute the whole year?

Thanks everyone and i am looking forward to clear this up so I can finish it after work. ???

Dwheels76 Question mate

I am the beneficiary and just got my passport renewed as I am waiting of my interview. Should I call up and let NVC know about my new passport or should I wait for the interview and tell them then and there ?

Thanks.

Nothing NVC can do about it. Just be sure to take the old passport with you to interview also. That's all you need to do.

Thanks.

When I had my interview date, rose ( from Nvc) called me and reminded me to get ready all the documents and make sure I have renewed my passport and bring the new one to the interview, of course bring also the old one.

( my passport expired on March 2015)

Dear VJ members,

I am writing to see if anyone has the same situation as we do.

We called NVC and learned that our case is completed and immediately shipped to embassy, WITHOUT NVC scheduling an interview for us. We were told the embassy will schedule the interview, is it normal?

Our case is IR1, NOT expedited, to Scandinavian embassy.

Please comments if you have or seen similar situation.

Many thanks!

Nope never heard that. Have no idea why or whats up with that. Maybe your embassy is doing a new thing. What is your CC so I can add you to the spreadsheet.

sam89, quoting saylin from the july filers thread with someone who is stuck at ds-260 stage:

"just start using the new address on the DS-260. Then mention at the interview that he's got a new address; they may update the I-864.

As long as NVC has your email addresses on file, everything they send should be emailed. If not, hopefully your husband set up mail forwarding, so he'll get anything at his new address anyways."

based on that i would suggest make sure the USC has set mail forwarding but most probably you will get everything in email.

Thank you so much!
