I have a feeling they may not start scheduling until next week. I haven't seen any folks on the IR forums receive their interview in Sept as of yet. Cherry - you may have just gotten a frustrated rep. It should not deter anyone from calling. It's every applicant's right to call and that should not be their concern. They are paid to provide status updates among other things and should be courteous at all times. I think i will try calling on Friday. Give a break for a day or two. Scheduling is imminent. It's just a matter of time before it starts now.

My friend called NVC and asked for status of her case. They said their system is having problem as last time. So I think it affects them to schedule for Interview date.

Did you call them today for any update?

I am from India ..I submit pvc intended of pcc ..it's fine for me ..bczz they didn't give me pcc .they said bring il or checklist

Hey hardik03, I think you are trying to get the PCC from Passport office am I right? to get the PCC from passport office you don't need have the IL just go online and pay 550 rupees and select the pcc is for US immigration and one more thing try to get the PCC from the city where you applied/renewed the passport

I got mine from Surat.

They will send you NOC if you dont submit PCC. PCC is required doccument. I had experience in past. So you better get PCC and save time. You need to show them the check list NVC sent you. They will issue PCC without any issue. After Modi, thigs are way better then before.

I didn't understand NOC ...what that means..I just got both invoice from nvc on June 26 ...they didn't send me well come letter either

i meant they will ask you to provide PCC when they will review your doccuments. They will not complete your case unless you submit PCC.
