I am from India ..I submit pvc intended of pcc ..it's fine for me ..bczz they didn't give me pcc .they said bring il or checklist.

Hire local agent for pcc and they will do all the legwork for you. You do not need IL for pcc because my relative got it from surat without any papers from nvc. She just paid agent and sign some papers and got delivered at home.

11/27/2013 - Priority Date

04/01/2015 - I-130 Approved

04/21/2015 - NVC received Case

04/29/2015 - DS261 filled

05/02/2015 - Case under CSPA review

06/04/2015 - Supervisor review Initiated-Wait 42 days

I didn't understand NOC ...what that means..I just got both invoice from nvc on June 26 ...they didn't send me well come letter either

Very interesting. I just called NVC and lady said that they have filled all the interview dates for september. She said they just got notification today that interview slot for september has been filled and they are not going to schedule any more interview for september. Also said that you will have to wait until october interview slot.

I do not believe she provided me the right information. No one here or on any other blog have received interview latter for september, then how come september month is already booked?

NVC people are frustrating.

I think that's incorrect as well. The NVC reps are just not properly informed at times. Unfortunately we can't pick and choose the person we speak with especially after waiting for so long to get a live person. It's frustrating but we will just have to wait and see what happens in the next few days.

Call them right now......I am already current in August...But my case wasnt completed ..so I missed August...

But they just scheduled today so....whoever is current or about to get current ....would get his/her Interview Date for September.......
