Looking for the answers about her visa

After reading everything here about the SNAFU with not being able to print visas after June 8 has me thinking that my fiancé and I are either golden or the most unluckiest people. I hope someone can help us decide of which one we are, here's the deal...

she had her interview on May 15th...was told that everything was good to wait for text from the 2go delivery company.

after waiting the status of her visa changed on June 10th to issued.

if it says issued does it mean that we made it though and will see it in the mail?

Or does that mean they okayed the visa but still needs to be printed thus leaving us out to dry?

please help before I have a stroke! thanks

Yes, it is but unfortunately since they're having technical issues, printing visa is one of those affected. Don't fret, you are not alone but be happy (although the visa very much delayed) that she passed the interview. Congrats!

Visa don't come via mail in Philippines

Delivery by 2Go or you can request pick up at Mall of Asia in Manila

It time to call 2Go and see where the visa is? If going outside Manila you can ask them to leave it at a 2Go office and you can pick it up there or have it delivered.......

You need to read the OP's post again. He already knows that 2GO delivers the visas. He said so.

It was crystal clear that he used the old expression "in the mail" to mean "en route via 2GO."

From being "issued" its any where within 7-10 business days before the visa shows up at your door. More patience is needed and keep checking 2GO's website for updates. And take precautions for the stroke. Good luck!

A month since the interview?....I would make inquiries from the embassy to 2go....We got ours delivered to Mindinao in less than a week..

Probably your visa is en route now. That is based on those who have had their interview too and their status on ceac is AP because of the technical problem. Saw it on a "the China hack" title topic.

If the status on CEAC states ISSUED next is the actual printing of the visa (where the recent delay may hit you), then packaging and pickup by 2GO for delivery. Need to be patient. When status shows no record... Elvis has left the building.

I was the one who wrote the two posts about the "hack job" China did on the USA.

I have my close friend in the same situation as the OP, she sent her passport and Japanese NBI, (spent time there recently with sister) in a special in a special envelope by 2GO, and the CEAC

says, she is in AP, but was received on May 29. She has had her interview, and the officer told her she passed, just to send in her NBI from Japan, and her visa would be sent.

They posted as received on May 29, so it sounds like to me, even though both are finished with the interview, that a visa "cannot" be printed, until they clean this mess up.

I hope you get your visa, but it does not take a month to be delivered. To me that is a bad sign for you and my friend. When, this mess is repaired, it is going to be a huge mess worldwide

with no visas being printed. I am afraid so many mistakes will be made by the embassy's trying to catch up.

As bad as I hate to say this, they should stop interviews and medicals, until the system can "flow smoothly" again.

I'm in ap.called the usem. this morning the woman check my status she said everything is OK. and I will wait for 2go to text me. I checked my ceac status still on ap. I checked traveldocs for my passport it says. document delivery information. what this is means? it's confuse me.please anyone knows this. please explain it to me.

I was wondering how things are going for you? We have the same "document delivery information" & don't know what to think about it!?
