Hi All, just wanted to update that I received my NOA 1 today at 4:30am local time here in the Czech Republic, 7:30pm California time. Our petition went to the California Service Center.

Congrats butalas !

Here some unexpected delay (again). Somehow all his documents he saved on the pc got lost when he wanted to print it out to send.

So he is on the plane to me now (Netherlands) and he brought almost everything he still had so, we are going to send it out of the netherlands.

Only 60 bucks with expressed shipping... Not amused, but hopefully this weekend or monday that we can send it too.

We send out petition on the 29th of May and it was picked up from the PO BOX in Texas on the 2nd of June (tracking)! So, hopefully our NOA1 would be in couple days :D

hi everyone! will be sending out the packet tommorrow and i hope it will turn out just fine. anyway anyone has used the second address? the physical one? and not the PO box? because i am still confused now. of whether where to send it. which one do you think is better and faster? i am thinking to use UPS because it is the one closer to where i am residing. i hope to hear from you all soon! GOoD LUCK TO US. the waiting game would start for me tomorrow and for my fiancé. but i also do know that forever starts tomorrow to. so i know well i hope at least that the waiting game would be all worth it :) GOD BLESS!

There is no better or faster.

You use the PO Box for USPS, the physical address for courier services. I'd guess most people mailing from within the US use regular tracked USPS.

I am hoping for as soon as possible but think November is a realistic expectation as well. On the USCIS website it's currently stating 5 months.

Just an FYI- The USCIS stated processing times are for a NOA2 only...not the whole process. Add on another 2 1/2- 3 months or so after NOA2 to get through NVC, embassy, medical and interview. Although CSC is currently processing quicker than the stated 5 months (about 2) it's possible that can slow down since CSC is still taking all new applications. On the bright side Dublin seems to be quick to get through the interview process, so November isn't entirely unrealistic. Good Luck! My fiance is in Dublin as well... our NOA1 was March 5th (in TSC) and I'm hoping he will get through the entire process (visa in hand) by December :)

Our K-1 journey:

3/2/2015- Petition sent Fedex overnight

3/3/2015- Petition received (NOA1 according to USCIS website)

3/5/2015- Paper NOA1 notice date

9/1/2015- NOA2!! (182 days)

9/4/2015- sent to NVC

We`re SO excited we`re finishing up our i-129f as we speak and we`re sending it out hopefully tomorrow or on tuesday! Anyone already got their NOA1 for the June filers? Are TSC apps still being routed to CSC? We`re prepared for the worst (TSC) but hoping for the best (CSC) haha :D

Did you guys send it with express? And if so do you ship it to another address?
