I am having the same dilemma. I sent my choice of agent form through online since May 12, 2015. I have been trying and trying to pay the fees but it's always giving me this. :ranting:

This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

Exactly this some cray cray mess...... We have also been waiting over 3 weeks too pick the agent, I thought you have to pick the agent before you can pay any fees....

We are trying to bring my (step) son from Morocco, and time is killing him as well, teenagers have NO patience.....

All the service center told us to do was gather the documents for the next steps..

Any tips that we can do while we wait ? Can we send the $ 120 ?

When I put our case numbers in , the site said it doesnt exsist. So confused....

WITH ALLAH ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!!! ALHUMDILALLAH

Hello every1.today my first day I joined this website.but I have been reading your guys discussion from last week...this ds-260 n IV fee really annoying. Today my husband called Nvc and they said since you requested change of embassy(I'm from Pakistan and currently living in mexico).so that request is under process once it will be changed you ll be able to fill form n pay fee.But question is you guys don't request for change of embassy then why its not working in your case:'(

Did you get an email from them?

Yes, we got an email stating that they have processed the agent form. We just aren't able to move to the next step of paying IV fees and filling out the DS-260. It should not take 2 months from the time you choose an agent to be able to move forward. My poor in-laws are stressed to the max and so are we.

I went through all of this 8 years ago with my husband and dare I say, the process is worse now than it was back then.

Our Timeline:

01/29/2007 NOA1!

02/26/2007 Became officially engaged in Rome:)

05/03/2007 NOA2!!!

07/20/2007 Visa Interview in London! Approved!!

10/04/2007 Small private wedding!

04/19/2008 Big fancy shmancy wedding!

AOS Timeline:

10/18/2007 Sent entire AOS, EAD, AP package to Chicago

10/19/2007 Package received in Chicago- signed for by V Bustamante

10/25/2007 NOA1 for AOS, EAD, and AP.

10/26/2007 Check cashed.

11/28/2007 Biometrics appointment in Denver.

12/17/2007 EAD card production ordered!

12/27/2007 EAD card arrives.

12/31/2007 AP approved.

01/07/2008 AP received.

02/01/2008 AOS interview in Denver. APPROVED!

02/11/2008 Green Card received in mail!

Done until July 09' !

Just a question... So now that ur fees r showing PAID.. R u able to fill ur DS260??

Hi,

the status of my IV bill is still "pay now"even though we paid the bill bij money order 3 weeks ago.

I'm trying to figure out how NVC's website works and I think IV bill and DS260 are linked. Therefore, because it still says "pay now", i can't acces ds260.

We met in 2002, dated and were torn apart in 2003and we reconnected end of 2013

I married the love of my life (L) : March 21, 2014

We sent in our I-130 package to USCIS: August 8, 2014

USCIS received I-130: August 11, 2014

USCIS approves our case: February 10, 2015

USCIS sends case to NVC: February 18, 2015

NVC welcome letter + email received: March 10, 2015 - date on letter March 3, 2015

NVC assigned case number: March 1, 2015

DS-261 filed: March 10, 2015

AOS fee payed online: March 10, 2015

NVC confirmation letter for choice of agent being registered: May 5, 2015 - received this letter thru email on May 7, 2014 and again via letter/email May 8, 2015

IV bill received: May 7 and May 8, 2015 (together with letter ds261 review confirmation)

Send in AOS an IV package: May 6, 2015

Payed IV bill thru money order: May 8, 2015

Email from NVC with letter of acceptance of AOS and IV package: May 15, 2015 (processing time: at least 60 days)

Scan date: May 12, 2015

NVC cashed money order IV bill fee: May 15, 2015

Received confirmation letter thru email that IV fee is received: May19, 2015 - date in letter May 15, 2015

Received checklist: June 22,2015 - date on checklist June 19,2015

New scan date checklist: June 24, 2015 (processing time: 30 days)

Filed DS260: July 7, 2015

Case Complete: July 21, 2015!!!!!!

Receives confirmation of case complete on August 1, 2015

Received interview letter on August 11, 2015

Medical: September 9, 2015

Interview date: September 24, 2015

We all keep calling NVC and we can't get anything from them. They said they are not the one in charge its the US Department of State so lets just keep calling the Department of State I guess. I called them this morning they transfered me to Website management but it kept ringing and was told to leave a message guess they are busy working on the website I don't know.

It's not working for me too. Could you please share contact number of department of state? I'll try to call them too.

202-647-6575 I chose option 4 and 4 again to speak to an operator then I told the operatir that I need to speak to someone regarding the the website and he transfer me. No one picked up I will try monday again
