hi

if he is unmarried and the parents are LPR, they can file now, since the wait is over 7 years

the wait is a lot less than over 12 years for siblings, and a person can have more than one petition at the same time filed on their behalf

hi

no, they will file a separate petition from yours

she will have a different priority date which will take over 10 years of waiting

so the wait is close, even maybe she will get the GC through your petition before your parent's petition

married children of a USC takes over 10 years of waiting and you filed in 2012, so already 3 years have passed and your parent's have to wait until next year to become USCs

Always good to have insurance with 2 petitions.

2025 seems as good a guess as any.

It has been transferred there to be put in storage until the priority date is current. Nothing happens to the status for another 10 years or so .

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
