Go ahead and take over the spreadsheet now CeeMu because MrChua is no where to be found, and the spreadsheet is way way behind. You don't need a permission from no body. Thank you CeeMu. Good Job, and may God help and bless

Case Complete: August 20th

Scan Date (Checklist): July 27th

Add me to the scan date to CC spreadsheet, if anyone is still taking care of it. And the CC to Interview spreadsheet.

Some other info about my case that might be of interest to anyone still waiting on a case complete. I had asked for supervisor review on August 18th because it had been more than 30 days and my DS260 hadn't been reviewed, and then called and asked to speak to a supervisor on August 20th. One wasn't available, and they took down my information to call me back. Later that day, two days after being put on supervisor review, my case was completed. So in my case, supervisor review didn't lead to being put in a separate queue that took a longer time, it actually made things go that much faster, or maybe it didn't change anything and they finally just got around to reviewing my case anyway. Checklist was reviewed in under thirty days.

I feel a great sense of relief. If anything, I probably stressed out more than I should have about the NVC, but we were there since April and with all the website delays things got really nerve-wracking. Even though it seems like it might be forever til I get an interview, I am going to try to be more patient. Easier said than done though. My wife and I went out to celebrate the CC this weekend, and her family acted like we were nuts. They didn't understand how draining this all has been, but I know all of you at VJ do!

Good luck to everyone waiting on the next step. We need all the luck we can get!

We've been on supervisor review for 60 days now and finally got hold of an NVC operator that was willing to transfer us to a supervisor, or so she said. No supervisor was available but she did take our number and said a supervisor would call back, same as for you. So did a supervisor actually call you back or they just reviewed your case after your call and gave you case complete?

So then we're hoping to see those 3 N/As today too. Fingers crossed.

I know, the time we've spent on supervisor review is just crazy. And we didn't even need to go on supervisor review. At first we thought they just forgot or misplaced our case but I've heard from others in the same boat as us. They've also been on supervisor review or the general review for +50 days.

Your. Wait. Is. Just. Simply. Ridiculous.

I mean wow.. even on supervisor review for that long. Have you tried calling late night and try to get hold of a tier 2 supervisor?

Yeah, we've called different hours of the day and after like 12 calls or something now, we finally got hold of someone who was willing to transfer us to a supervisor, who of course didn't answer. But we were able to give our number for the supervisor to call back. We've also emailed six times but no reply on those.

I've put together a timeline of our case from the time we hit NVC. We're including it with our release form we're sending to our Senator on Friday, if we haven't received any information from NVC by then. Apparently, this is a big issue that people just don't know about. I mean our Senator has a whole immigration team just dedicated to assist in dealing with federal agencies as part of the immigration process... I mean what a waste of taxpayers' money to have to involve the help of a United States Senator and their team to get some answers from NVC. But that's where we'll be on Friday if we haven't heard from NVC. On Friday we will have been 65 days on supervisor review. We'll be involving our Senator, we'll be contacting the US Ambassador to Sweden and the Secretary of State, we'll write President Obama and we're even considering contacting the media. Anyone know anyone else that might be good to write to get help in getting some answers from NVC?
