Scan date 04/21, still no 3 N/As for me. I'm going to call tomorrow morning to see what's up with my file. At this point I'm pretty sure they're going to tell me my DS-260 has yet to be reviewed, and I have to wait for that. Here's hoping for no checklist from my packages! Congrats to everybody with recent CCs.

Did you do EP? If so I think they take longer to review.

Yep, we're EP. I'd spoken with a few other Canadians who'd done EP just before I sent mine in, and they reported 30 days to CC, so I was hoping we'd be about on par. I guess I'll find out when I call tomorrow.

Hi Marchmelo - This was my 2nd checklist and was for AOS. Asked to send in a new I-864 with 2014 income and the IRS Transcript along with the W-2.

1st checklist was for civil documents (AOS & CIvil Documents were submitted together), NVC claimed that I didn't send a PCC from my country of residence: Dubai (THIS WAS SENT, I GUESS THEY LOST IT).

Thanks

Hello everybody on VJ ... I just hang-up with NVC ten minutes ago, from where I received great news:

My case was closed today. Hoooray! :dancing: ... and I just need to wait for email confirmation and schedule for

Embassy's interview ...

Website still shows only 2 N/A's ... probably it will change to 3 N/A soon ...

I've been waiting for IR-1 Visa

Original Scan Date: March 5, 2015
Checklist Scan Date: April 23, 2015

Case Closed Date: May 21, 2015 (28 days after checklist Scan date)

From experience I got from VJ-ers ... presently it takes approximately 22-30 days to complete a case.

I wish "Good Luck" to other people which are in line for "Case Closed" and interview schedule.

If somebody's case is not close yet, just be patient for about 4 weeks, then call NVC to find out news about your case.

Everybody's case would be complete as soon as is possible ... hopefully
