NOA1 and Receipt Number Error

Hi Everyone

We received our NOA1 yesterday from CSC with our reference number included. But when we inserted the number into the USCIS website to check case status we received an error message. The error message asks us to call USCIS as receipt number is not recognised. Is this normal or something to be concerned about and should we call them on monday.

If it says to call than I suggest you should, that is not normal.

21 Aug 2013: I-129F Sent

11 Feb 2014: Visa APPROVED!

20 May 2014: Wedding!

I got my NOA1 from CSC on April 9th, and the USCIS recognized my receipt number for the first little while, but now when I check it, it comes up all the time with that message! Same with a bunch of other April filers, so it's common! Others say it's nothing to worry about.

I received my NOA1 on April 6 and my receipt number was normally available on the USCIS website, but since 10 days ago that stopped showing my status. Now the only message say that they can't tell something about my case. My fiancé called them and they say that it's normal. We have to wait for a response by email now...

P.S: I'm sorry for the English. I'm still learning
