Whyyyyyyy is it taking this loooooong.

We have noa1 date as sept 24th, anyone here thats around that date thats Been approved??

Every time my hubby texts me I'm praying for him to say "we were approved" !!!! ?? haha...

Why are you filing K1 if you have a hubby?

Per urban dictionary...

Someone that you're dating that you think will become your future husband

Are you and your hubby going to the movies tonight?"

Also.. 146 days here. I'm frustrated and angry for aug/sept/oct filers still waiting. This is unacceptable. MeanwhIle any day now all the march filers who were routed to csc (specifically those meant for tsc) will be pouring in to tell us about their great luck and fortune.

I can't even...

When filling in your timeline, please understand that all I-129F's are sent to the LOCKBOX in Texas, and then ROUTED (not transferred) to your ASSIGNED service center- the one in Texas "TSC" (not the same as the lockbox!), or the one in California "CSC". If your tracking number starts with WAC, you're at the CSC, you were not transferred! There are no transfers at this time. If your number starts with SRC you're at the TSC and that's where you will serve your entire sentence.USCIS isn't fair.

They don't care about you.

I was really hoping I was gonna be able to spend at least half the summer with my love but as the days go that doesn't seem to happen at all now.

I'm so curious if we will get an rfe or be approved directly or you know, hate this not knowing game ?? haha... Bahhhhhhhhh

Yeah...TSC is a slow cooker for sure.

BTW, I take that since you guys are filing K1 visa, that your reference to

"hubby" is just an expression like "honey", "sweetheart"...and that you aren't married, correct?

While it may sound innocent, if such expression comes up in email/chat log evidence

or during the interview, it might initiate unnecessary questions...so you guys might

use caution on using such expression.

Oh yeah, no he's my fiancé still ;) I know the rules very well. Had no idea tho that hubby would be such a thing. Haha to me that word is just another word for darling, love or such thing. Oh well!

We were approved at Texas a couple of weeks ago - currently waiting for the NVC - our NOA2 took 286 Days which is 9 Months 14 days.

Alas...don't hold your breath for Texas TSC !!

My NOA date is September 25 and got approved April 02 but unfortunately there's still many from August and September still waiting. I had my congressional office put in an inquiry but hey really can't say with certainty that it helped. Something to consider.
