Fee Payment Checklist

Hello to all,

I'm writing this because last friday i received a checklist by email from NVC saying that

I have to pay the IV Fee that i haven't yet paid, (I will pay it tomorrow) and

I'm just asking to all of you that you passed throught this, that if this checklist has going

to be 2 months more of waiting or, if i pay it tomorrow and in a few days I fill and send

the DS-230, it's gonna turn in a CC early.

In other words, dow much time do you think it's gonna take to get the case complete now?

CC's are coming in right under 30 days from the scan date right now. I am sure you will have CC very soon.

My scan date was March 13th and got the cc on April 9th.

Well all that happening in your 60 day package review. So usually by the time your review is done the fee and DS-260 (not DS-230 that is dead) is compete and you are just waiting.

Check the DS-260 it should also be ready to submit pay and submit that and by tour 60 days or maybe sooner you should have case complete. I been hearing some are done by 45 days.

So in short 45 to 60 days is case complete if no issues.

I had the same checklist as you, and I am still waiting for case complete, I hope it wont take that long cause they did not want to give us any time frame

I think you will get case complete as soon as you pay the IV fee and fill out you 260. I think the NVC sent the checklist to let you know they are waiting for you to finish up because your package has been approved.

I made the payment on April 14th and filled the DS260 yesterday, hope to get any news as soon as posible!

I dont know what id going on with the IV fees : / It's been 2 weeks since my agent form was reviewed, and they still havent generated IV fee... I think I noticed that is happening to other VJ members also...

I was on the same situation, i had to wait 30 days as much, and then call they saying to review my form on that call (thats what people from this

site recommend me to do) and after a few tries, they accept to do it and on the next day i get my iv fee activated. Don't worry and be patiente!

Well, we have to think that it's a checklist that don't requires 60 days of wait, I think that is a max. of 30 days. We'll stay in contact if some of us have

any news of the case. Right now i can't stop refreshing the NVC page seeing if my case changes to completed!

I got a checklist for ds-261. It has been completed and paid for over a month. I called nvc and they said they will review with the document review team. Let's see what happens.
