Anna28...Yes I did, and it still doesnt work...its weird because I change some of my last numbers to see other cases and some of them are stil working and some other are in the same way. Ive read that it means our cases are being updating but not sure and i dont want to put my hopes up lol

I check 20 cases back and forward and most of them are for employment authorization. The one right after mine says:

"we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E) at your local office"

I made a profile at uscis webpage, it doesn't have any information about my case but says it was updated April 14th.

I activated email and phone alerts.

And yes another April Filer...lol :dancing: Glad to finally be able to say the paperwork has been sent. Mailed to Texas Friday the 10th. Was received at facility on Tuesday the 14th. Waiting for E mail of acceptance. Crosses fingers and eyes..:P

I mailed my application on April 1st Express mail. It was signed for on April 2nd.

I received a text and e-mail stating it was received and will be sent to the Californian Service Center.

Prayer for favor and a speedy process. It's all in God's Hands.

Your estimate is better than ours it seems. Ours says between 05/02 and 05/08

I had no problem with my customers visit today! Basic questions.

Where are you going? San Diego. What for ? To visit my fiancé. When are you coming back? Tuesday. When are you getting married? When we can, depending on visas. Who is moving where? I'll be moving there. What do you do? I am an early childhood educator. Then he said have a good flight and let me go.

I may have been slightly stressed about it for no reason.

I did not have to go to a special inspection point, just the usual booth with no problem.

Congrats on the NOA1! I'm wondering if we got ours so quickly because it was mailed from Laguna Niguel, which is near where he lives.

Well actually it changed...it used to be what I put down there...but it is now sometime in May as well. I think the same dates you have...I guess CSC is slowing down a bit. So that's why it changes...

I've been stalking the processing dates under the Immigration Timelines tab ever since I received my NOA1 (April 9th) and the NOA2 approval dates for CSC are definitely a little slower right now. I'm not sure if the "processing dates" update instantaneously or every few days however it has been taking 2-3 days for an approval date to change just one day. I've noticed actually that TSC has been moving a little faster - but this is only over a period of 7 days or so that I've been watching this, so I can't exactly confirm that it is a trend.

Still, any time in May for a NOA2 approval date would be a delight considering I should have went through TSC. :D

TSC is not speeding up. Maybe the slowdown has ceased - but given we are sitting at 217d - it is about frigging time. Also, for now CSC is holding steady - not enough data to project future trends. It may well be that CSC slows down with the influx of petitions - and sadly the I-129F are one of the lowest priority petitions - but they have a very long day to go until they get as bad as TSC.

Day 109 for me. 109 more to go based on current averages.

The online case checker has also gone down on me today, from googling it seems to be a couple of days after the hard copy NOA1 arrives? Ours arrived Wednesday.

Our NOA2 is estimated first week of May, my birthday on 4th May so would make it the best pressie ever lol!

We'd done all our planning & costings based on TSC plus a bit extra for any delays, now wondering if we may have to do a NOA2 extension for 2months so we can stick with our ideal wedding date & to keep the saving on track?!?!
