Thanks, y'all!

I don't know what is in the water over here, but I have SIX friends all getting married this summer/fall. So it's been all girly wedding-planning talk recently. I'm personally shooting for a January wedding, so I'm hoping all the visa stuff is finished well before then.

It's nice to have a place to see people in the same situation I'm in. Most people don't quite understand the whole long-distance thing.

I'll keep updating as I get more news!

K-1 Visa Timeline

Thanks Mayra and Anna! I hope the rest of this all goes quickly. Regardless, I'll get to see the NOA1 in person on Friday! Going to California for the weekend to see my man, providing I have no issues at the border (which I never have).

How long does it typically take to receive the NOA1 text/email?

We sent the i-129f last week on the 7th and they apparently received it on the 9th, but no news yet

hello,

did you send a G-1145 form attached? I sent my I-129F on Arpil 4th, 2015 and received an email/text on April 7th stating they had received my petition. I received my hard copy receipt in the mail yesterday. Good luck!

Thank you guys for your answers!

We submitted two G-1145 forms (one for each of us) and my fiance said they haven't cashed the check yet. Hopefully we hear from them soon, we're just really impatient to find out if we're also going to be routed to CSC!

Hi Star.

I wonder if you tried to check the status of your case today.

Mine is the same, it shows the last update was April14th.

Thanks
