New week, new month !! Keep up the hope !! This could be the week.

January 3, 2015 Met on internet chat/dating site and soon after became a couple.

April 9, 2015 First visit to Medellin.

April 14, 2015 Got engaged the day before David flew back home. Met Nelson's mother and showed her our rings. :wow:

April 17, 2015 Filed I-129F

April 22, 2015 NOA-1 date

May 23, 2015 2nd trip to Medellin - Had lunch with Nelson's family and spent more quality time together.

June 9, 2015 3rd trip to Medellin - Spent more time with Nelson's mother, met Nelson's friends and began making plans for October wedding

June 10, 2015 RFE receipt date

June 15, 2015 Hard copy of RFE received

June 16, 2015 Mailed overnight RFE reply.

June 17, 2015 RFE reply received from USCIS (notified by email).

June 22, 2015 NOA-2 date

June 29, 2015 Received NOA-2 hard copy

July 13, 2015 NVC Case Number Assigned

July 21, 2015 Case "Ready" at Bogota CEAC.

July 31, 2015 Packet 3 Received

Aug 14-21, 2015 4th and final trip to Colombia (at least for a year or so) to be there for interview !!!!

August 19, 2015 Interview, Approved conditionally

October 23, 2015 Stuck in Admin Processing

November 16, 2015 Status changed to READY

November 19, 2015 Status changed to ISSUED :dancing:

November 26, 2015 Arrival in US ........ Truly a THANKSGIVING !!

December 31, 2015 New Year's Eve Wedding (L)(L)(L)(L)

January 11, 2016 Filed AOS I-485 and EAD.

September 19, 2016 Interview for I-485 APPROVED !!!!!!!!

September 23, 2016 Received notice that GREEN CARD WAS MAILED ..... :dancing:

02/12/2015 - 1st Visit (became official)
04/01/2015 - 2nd Visit (got engaged)

04/27/2015 - I-129F packet mailed via USPS

05/05/2015 - NOA1 via email and text NOA1 date: 4/30)

06/11/2015 - Electronic RFE via email

06/17/2015 - RFE response received at USCIS

06/26/2015 - NOA2 via email at 10:30 :)

07/20/2015 - NVC received

07/21/2015 - Case # assigned

07/23/2015 - Left NVC

Yeah, let's hope this week they really pick up the pace! Now that Memorial Day is well behind us, time to get cracking! :D

We received our NOA2 approval letter on May 12. Now waiting for them to send to Casablanca and Lahcen to start his part then interview.

06/01/2013: first met

03/29/2014: started dating

12/31/2014: "engaged"

04/14/2015: sent the package

04/17/2015: NOA 1 (CSC)

05/11/2015: "document returned to USCIS" (NOA1 hardcopy)

05/13/2015: called USCIS

05/28/2015: e-mail: they will mail the NOA1 hardcopy again

06/01/2015: NOA 2 !!

06/06/2015: NOA 2 hard copy

06/08/2015: NOA 1 hard copy (finally...)

06/25/2015: embassy received electronical file

07/16/2015: embassy received physical file

07/17/2015: embassy sent pack 3

Fingers crossed for you guys! Whenever it gets too frustrating, count your lucky stars you are at CSC - it could be worse. I am at TSC on day 151 now and have to assume I will go to 220-250 days before anything will happen.

That being said, it was to be expected that CSC would start slowing down with being routed additional petitions. But as their official target is 5 months and they were basically processing the majority of I-129Fs in 4-6 weeks there is a lot of room...and so far, 2 months after beginning the transfers, they have only slowed marginally, so you guys should hopefully still be alright! :thumbs:

Good luck to all this month!!! congrats to all so far with NOA2s!!! I am currently waiting for packet 3, haven't been able to reach NVC yet! They are impossible! For the record it feels much better to be on this side of things BUT I am still SO IMPATIENT! Lol :) The waiting never ends I feel!!

I called NVC on Friday 5/30/15 and they said they has received my case, but it was not in the system yet to call back

in 2 weeks....

.BUT I called back this evening and guess what..... I got my case number and a very nice lady said it would be sent

out in a couple of days to Cuidad Juarez..... yaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy We are soooooooo happy... sending good vibes to all of you.... :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :goofy: :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:
