I wish that list was accurate, our NOA1 was the 13th, zi know people from earlier in FEBRUARY who still haven't been approved or even receive an RFE to show some sort of movement. I'm afraid Vermont has been inundated with LPR petitions from other centers. Seems they've put everything else on hold. Unless you are from the Philippines.

But still, dont they take longer to process LPR than USC petittions?

I wish I knew how everything works, different priority dates get approved at the same time or viceversa. I wish I knew what it depends on because it's not obviously a date thing

RFE (request for evidence): when they ask for more evidence of a bonafide marriage

LPR: permanent resident. It's an inmigrant that hasnt done the naturalization yet to become a USC (US Citizen)

Timeline

Might be it will take 15-16 months from April so may be our priority date will be current in July or August 2016..Than all depend on our luck..
