You are always able to check your status on the USCIS website, so when the NOA2 comes you'll be able to see it online that it was approved. Is there anyone you trust who can watch your mail? Like a family member? Other than catching the NOA2, you will need to send your fiancee your financial stuff and the I134, plus recent paystubs, so prepare that ahead of time.

Also, Philippines applications get expedited and if you're on active duty, that helps the expedite as well so you won't need to wait as long. I would suggest getting in touch with your processing center and ask to speak to a tier 2 officer. Tell them you have enlisted and are waiting for orders and go from there.

Can you use the address of your parents, other family, or good friend? Then update your address with USCIS, then the NOA2 will be sent there if you are away in boot camp or...

Yes, I'm having it sent to my parents place, they will recieve it. But I'm more concerned of not being able to start or finish the noa2 paperwork while I'm away. That's if I even get it anytime soon. Is there a time limit for noa2 or rfe? We all know how much work goes into I-129f and I'd hate for this opportunity to get my soon-to-be wife here

If you get an RFE that would be something you need to address. But with the NOA2 there is not too much you need to do except get the I-134 and a copy of your most recent tax return and W2 to your fiancee, but you could have that ready now without issue.

The NOA2 petition approval will be good up to a year, as the embassy will extend it automatically.

Everything else from that point on will be for your fiancee to complete and details on that are in my signature below.
