Who is they?

Wow! I must agree with you: I am the most ignorant person on this earth...Thank for clarifying this, but your argument can not nulify the existance of "talks" regarding the family members of LPR. You flat out said no such thing exists, that it was nothing but a rumour. The link posted by the OP proves otherwise. I am ignorant but the bill exists.

Have a good day!

The link by the OP proves nothing.

You should stop since you do not know the difference between a bill and a law.

Everybody talks. You talk. I talk. Congressmen talk. Does not mean there is a law. Do you know the low chances of any bill becoming law?

You are truly ignorant. You don't seem to understand that a bill changed nothing. You know less about what a Republican Congress means for immigration reform.

If this part of executive action had been passed I wouldn't have been asking about it here on VJ, it would be all over the place on the internet and in TV. But I only need its status, where it stands as of now.

And yes this is part of the executive action, if you are an Immigration attorney they say so and give authoritative advice so others can vouch on it, otherwise don't comment as final authority and don't cut out others opinions and comments please.

We are here to know from all knowledgeable members views on this topic and discuss the same.

Wow. Please show me where this Executive Action affects the numerical limitation of the F2a category.

I do not have to be an immigrant attorney and provide you with authoritative advice. I am a person who knows the common sense meaning of a "bill" versus a "law" because I grew up watching School House Rocks.

Have you noticed how others are saying what you posted is not part of Executive Action?

Want to thank me for giving you the truth? Or would you rather keep calling me wrong?

Please show where the DOS stated that Executive Action would make the F2a category go faster as you stated in your prior post.

Here we go,

January 19, 2015

Each month, Charles Oppenheim, the Chief of the Visa Control and Reporting Division at the U.S. Department of State (DOS), provides visa bulletin insights and explanations. The most notable prediction this month is the expected movement for the employment-based, second preference (EB2) category for India for fiscal year 2015 (FY15).

Unexpected Impact of Executive Action

The DOS previously indicated that the President's executive actions, announced in November 2014, were not expected to impact visa bulletin cutoff dates. As noted in the MurthyDotComNewsBrief, Analysis, Predictions, and Trends: January 2015 Visa Bulletin Update(24.Dec.2014), the President's proposed pre-registration concept for filing I-485s (even when the priority dates are not current) bypasses the need for a current priority date and visa number. Hence, the visa bulletin should not be directly impacted.

Now, however, the DOS is indicating that the executive actions may indirectly affect visa bulletin cutoff dates. The DOS sets these dates with the objective of assuring that all visa numbers are utilized by the end of the particular fiscal year (FY), which runs from October 1 through September 30 of the following calendar year. Since the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will have additional demands on its resources, the DOS believes it may be necessary to start cutoff date advancement earlier in FY15. Essentially, the DOS is working to ensure that the USCIS has enough time to process a sufficient number of cases to deplete the annual visa allocation.

It's true that VB cutoff dates will be affected but how is it going to affect F2A is what matters. The above article did not specifically say it's going to make it faster or slower.

The recent emails from NVC most people got to make payments is a good sign though

Where is the faster part?

Do you understand what limited resources mean? It means USCIS will be so busy with Deffered Action cases that it will affect those visa cutoff dates so fewer people will get visas quickly. If USCIS has more work, do you think they would want more work or less work from visa category cases? You think more because they can always work faster? Or more realistically slow down the number of those cases so they can work on DA? You know, this topic of DA slowing things down. There are a few threads on this if you missed them.

How you are interpreting what you posted to mean that the F2a category will run faster is just incredible.
