11/11: Husband got deported
1/11/14: Got married
3/13/14-11/2/14: I-130
1/26/15-3/17/15: NVC

5/28/15: INTERVIEW - denied

6/8/15: I-601/I-212 waivers received

11/17/15: I-601/I-212 waivers APPROVED

12/11/15: HUBBY HOME!! :dance:

Just heard from hubby! Pending his medical they said he is approved!! His medical is delayed because we were expedited and they had 2 squeeze him in. He said she asked how & when we met, what kind of work I do, has he ever been 2 the states & why does he feel that we deserved to be expedited. He said she was very nice. They kept his passport & said he will get it back with the visa! Thank you everyone for all of ur support!!!

Just want to ask a quick question:

When will I get my marriage and birth certificates back?

They should have given them back at interview,. But I have heard some people say they have it in the envelope when you pick up Visa.

I would email the embassy and ask them just to make sure.

Thanks for your reply. I still didn't get any other email yet. Shall I expect the interview schedule email now by 1st of April? Or the email which tells me that my package has been sent to the embassy?

I highly don't expect you to have interview letter by April 1st no. The scheduling for May should start the first week in April. Not all embassies start at same time. Like today someone for Mexico got an interview date for May. But that's their embassy.

There is no email you will get about your petition being sent to embassy. All you will get now is the P4 (Interview Letter) that is it.

Well, my husbands medical is the 7th. witch is about two weeks. just counting down. Oh! and on day of interview i will be outside cheering him on. don't think they will let me in anyway.

I'm glad you will be there for him! I couldn't afford to go this time. I go every 3 months. Kinda broke now :(. Yea I don't think they will let u in but at least u will be there when he comes out yay!!

Just stopping by to say congrats to everyone that has been approved, and good luck to everyone that has an interview coming up.

I'm so excited and nervous for my husbands interview on the 9th and can't wait until the 6th when I finally get to go see my husband after a very long year.

Congrats! Excited for you. My hubby had us medical today. His interview scheduled for april 7. Please keep us posted on how long it takes them to issue the visa.
