Hey to everyone still waiting for an interview with CC from last week!! Just got my P4 email! Interview schedule for April 27th for my husband!!! So hang in there they are working on scheduling our interviews even though it seems like they weren't. Lol so happy and hoping everyone from last week starts seeing their p4s soon!

Congratulations. Well at least for your embassy. They are always late after everyone else is done I am afraid. It's the 10th so the window is closing for most embassies now.

Thank you! Oh okay, didn't know that was the situation but it seems a lot of people just got their interview letters within the last hour lol so that's exciting!

It's nice to see so many interviews being scheduled. I just wish some of them would be for Cairo. Cairo really needs to wake the heck up!

Quick question about 2014 taxes & an updated I-864 I know earlier in the thread it was mentioned that we need to update it to include 2014 tax year so does that mean we redo the whole form with years 2012,2013,2014 instead of 2011,2012,2013 which are the years I submitted to NVC in December. My taxes will be finished this week so do I just need to send a copy of my 1040 or do I send my husband w2s or IRS transcripts cause when I sent to NVC I sent all tax transcripts so Im not exactly sure what I need to send my husband for the interview

You only need to show most current year Transcript or tax forms. So if tax forms yes W2 and everything else you sent to IRS.

You would have to update your I-864 yes with 2014,2013 and 2012. For many it won;t be an issue and probably not asked. We are just preparing what if better to just have it done so no AP. Those especially who may be on the borderline of the poverty guideline would need to be mindful of doing the 2014.

08/18/2014 - add-on AOS package sent (learned that I should have sent 2 separate I-864s even though the cases are joined...oops!)

My husband's interview is next week (I know, not an April interview, sorry). Will he need to take a copy of our joint sponsor's taxes? It's not april 15 yet, so I'm thinking they won't ask for it, but don't want to be wrong. Any idea? Also, will he need to take a copy of the 2013 one, since they'll have the original already? Thanks
