Well first so sorry to hear of your parents illness and I pray for total healing and a miracle report. But YES to your husband getting the expedite to be by your side expeditiously. Amen.!!

You say their income in 2013. So in 2013 did their incomes together meet the guidelines of the household size. which is what?

What is the household size plus you? Most of the embassies what previous year 2014 and current salary 2015 to meet the guideline.

Household size was 8 including one of my cousins who is citizen now. So it's 7 now including me. Is my daughter also included in household? She is USC 6 months old.

And income of my father in law in 2013 was about 33,000 and in 2014 it's about 65,000.

and in 2013 combined income was 55,000 and now it's 90,000

For all those that have had a bad time at USCIS and NVC with long waiting times and documents lost, put in AP or denied etc we are making videos to post on YouTube we want everyone to know what has been happening since we are really the forgotten ones.

Nothing is a sure thing. There is no way of knowing since we have no idea where in the queue you are. All you can do is call NVC or wait to see if you get a P4 letter.

So Mali interviews in Dakar/Senegal embassy?

Yeah, the Mali embassy doesn't do K1 or CR1 interviews. The Dakar embassy processes those for 5 neighboring countries.

Hello,

I have a very silly question had my biometrics done, they requested 2 passport size photos( contrary to 1 as mentioned in VAC website) and documents. well they scanned the documents and stuff fine but they returned the photos didn't scan them or keep them . Basically they did absolutely nothing with the photos why request them then? Or did I mess something up

Depends what they have to check out. Sometimes a few days to a few weeks. Just hurry and get it to them. I do know the longer it takes u getting it to them the longer they take.

I have managed new joint sponsor ill submit it within a week.. So how long do u think they are going to take..

Okay well to qualify for 8 people in household you would need to make $46,262

Let's clarify Household size okay. It's not who lives in your father in laws house. It's who he claims on his income taxes. If he claims your child than yes the child counts.

Does he really claim 8 people on his taxes?

So with his income and your brother in law their income combined was $46,262 and above for 2013 and 2014? if not that's why you need another co-sponsor.

It might be all the people that are under this roof the issue . If Father in law is really responsible for 8 or 7 even people only making that kind of money I believe the embassy is afraid he is already stretch pretty thin.

So how many people does Father in Law claim on taxes?. Him wife who then you add you. He either has too many to their liking or he did the #'s wrong whats on his tax transcripts?

If interview is in April than 2014 taxes are due new I-864 is required if it wasn't done at NVC.

1. so you will need Tax transcripts or forms for year 2014.

2. Updated I-864 or I-864ez with 2014, 2013 and 2012 information

3. bring most recent paystub for 2015 salary

4. Employer letter (optional) if you didn't at NVC
