Ive never wantedd weekends to go by so quickly before! Praying for tons of cc's this week...and praying they start with February scan dates!

I have updated all of you... good work people. :D

FYI from personal experience don't rely only on the 3 NAs because that updated 20 hrs later. If you do call to confirm your CC make sure you ask WHEN it was reviewed/completed.

In my case, I called them this morning, they told me they have not reviewed it yet. They gave me the 45 days notice.

However, towards the end of the day, it went 3 N/A's, so I am assuming that it all happened today. :)

My Timeline (CR-1;Form I-130--Spousal):

2014-06-13: Got Married.

2014-07-22: Filed Form I-130 for Spouse (Nebraska Service Center).

2014-07-28: Received Hard Copy NoA1.

2014-12-24: Approved by USCIS. Awaiting NoA2 in mail. (No RFE :dancing: )

2015-01-03: NoA2 arrived in mail.

2015-01-05: Sent to the Department of State for visa processing.

2015-02-18: Paid AOS bill

2015-04-17: Case Complete! :dancing: Lord, Thank You!

2015-04-24: CC E-mail received.

2015-04-27: Interview scheduled. June 4, 2015

2015-05-06: Medical completed! Result on hand

2015-06-04: Interview Completed! Result: Approved!!

2015-06-10: Visa on hand!

2015-07-21: Point of Entry: Portland, Oregon (went smoothly!!) Thank you, lord!

12/08/2014 TSC approved I-130.

12/12/2014 TSC shipped case to NVC.

12/19/2014 NVC received.

01/26/2015 Case # assigned and completed DS-261.

01/30/2015 Received AOS invoice and paid.

02/02/2015 Mailed AOS + IV packets

02/10/2015 Scan date for AOS + IV packets

03/23/2015 Received a checklist for AOS

03/27/2015 Mailed checklist response

03/30/2015 Checklist scan date

04/22/2015 Case completed at NVC

So it should be a CC yes?

hate to tell you but that dark hole you speak of gets only deeper....once you get a cc doesn't mean you get out....you sink deeper, it gets darker and the nvc demons taunt you.....lol....still praying for you CeeMu (F)

It won't be long before you know when your interview is.. and you will be done. (F)

I trust that everything happens for a reason. all the same i would rather be out of NVC.. and prepare for the next step... the interview stage.I have overstayed my welcome at nvc..lolest :rofl: . we snail mailed our checklist to nvc on 14th afternoon. We even don't have a scan date just yet.. :crying: ..Keep praying for us...
