Have you used this USCIS site?

Currently a lot of people swear by it, and a lot of people swear at it. AOS adjudications, as evidenced by the numerous threads on this forum, are all over the board. There is a slowdown in processing that is being felt by everyone that has pending applications/petitions with USCIS.

Good luck and have patience on your immigration journey.

Hubby did bio metrics in August and we still haven't heard anything.We daily check the USCIS site but nothing yet.We also went to infopass here in Dallas and they said most service centers are looking at 8 month wait now this was back in December when we went.

We went to infopass because hubby's visa is expired and we wanted to do some state side traveling and even with our advanced parole approved we wanted to make sure we wouldn't have any problems.

It's a shame we cant leave the country because we have to wait for this to be processed and it wasn't like we waited a long period of time after he got here,He got here at the end of June and we mailed off the paper work July 2,2014

Looking at your timeline you applied for an EAD and AP? And you have not received these yet??

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

What is the hold up with your EAD/AP?

Never received EAD. Questioned what happened when I called USCIS and each time they say I never filed it.I refiled with an explanation as to why I was refiling and even went to info pass they say they cant find any record and to refile it again which I did a 3rd time in December never heard anything back.

On the AP we got it September 17th.I forgot to update timeline but I will.

Hubby has really had a rough go of it.Our papers originally went to St Louis and then transferred to Nebraska.In St Louis they made a typographical error which was caught by the bio metrics in Fort Worth Texas. It took from August 12 to November 25th for them to correct their mistake,thank God I make copies of everything.My hubby was unable to get a drivers license until they corrected the mistake because according to the DMV, Homeland Security could not verify his lawful status here. They didn't actually clear this up until we went to the info pass appointment in December and griped about him not being able to get a licences ,among other things,and because they weren't moving his 485 forward because the typo that had finally been fixed wasn't updated in the computer.

The guy at info pass was very nice and got things moving for us but I think its crazy that I have to jump thru hoops to get things done when my tax dollars have already paid for these services.

Wow, I am sorry to hear you have had such troubles with filing for AOS and the EAD. I do not understand how they could lose an application 3 times. Such incompetence.

You can use the AP to travel abroad and re-enter the US while waiting for the green card. I hope they approve him soon.

My wife had Her biometrics appointment in October 2,2014 . We haven't Heard anything since tren, Is there a website where se can check the status?

Here is my timeline...and I've been monitoring other filers,

and many are getting EAD & AP approved in 2 to 3 months,

and AOS time range seems to be all over the place (6~12+ months).

12-09-2014 Submitted AOS, EAD, and AP
12-16-2014 Received 16 emails and 16 text NOA messages
01-05-2015 Received Biometrics appointment letter for (01-12-2015)
01-12-2015 Had Biometrics (fingerprint & picture) - Required Marriage Certificate!!!
02-17-2015 EAD and AP is approved

I think you are still couple of months away at least...
