Is there anyone out there could advice about my case, I got a refusal worksheet from embassy in Cairo after a month of AP marked with:

1-section 221(g) ( Lack of bonafide relationship) although we are already married with registered marriage contract and submitted photos, phone bills and letters.

2- Section 212 (a)(6) C1 . ( no explanation)

and they are forwarding the case back to USCIS to take the final decision.

Like previous poster said seek a lawyer. Have you looked up Section 212 (a)(6) C1? It's Fraud. You have been charged with Fraud. So I would get a lawyer immediately. This is serious.

I attached the long explanation about the Section 212 (a)(6) C1 if you want to read about it.

Agreed.

INA 212(a)(6)©(i) bars an alien from receiving a visa or admission into the U.S. if this alien has previously obtained or attempted to obtain a visa, other documentation, admission or other benefit under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), by means of fraud or by willfully misrepresenting a material fact.

Agreed.

Thanks for your answers , but I didnt submit any false documents or information in accordance to my knowledge, except only my wife stated herself as never been married before in all the forms and applications because she has annulment certificate ( as you know, it cancels the previous marriage)

It doesn't have to be you signing a fraudulent form; it can mean for example that they think your marriage is for immigration purposes only. How often have you guys met, and for how long? Are you of similar ages, educational level and religion? Are either of you recently divorced?

I'm so sorry about all this what a nightmare. If you filled out your timeline we wouldn't have to ask so many questions. Like when you married how long did your wife stay until she returned to the US?

I''m sorry guy's I must be stupid because I read the download and it gave me a headache. Not sure why they are thinking fraud, would love to know.

Isn't it against the law to discriminate against age and religion or are they above the law? Me thinks above.
