Good Morning everyone,

I checked me email today and guess what I found??? We got our NOA2 woooooooohoooooooooo. So everyone who has been looking for them from CSC looks like someone there is awake finally. I am so excited. The best part was my sweety had just called as I was opening the email so we found out the same time. Wooooooohoooooooooooo. Now lets hope that Montreal is moving quicker too. :dance:

September 7th 2006: EAD touched (day 12)

September 15th 2005: email stating AOS transferred to CSC (day 20)

September 16th 2006: Biometrics (day 21)

September 18th 2006: EAD and AOS Touched (day 23)

September 21st 2006: Snail mail transfer notice (day26)

October 18th 2006: Still waiting (day 53)

November 2nd 2006: Still waiting (day 68)

Jan. 11 2007 : Still waiting nothing since September 18 (day 138)

November 22 2006: EAD Approved

Feb. 22 2007: Still waiting (day 180)

March 5th 2007: Finally a touch case now pending at the office it was transferred to wooooooohoooooooooo (day 190)

Thanks everyone. And thanks for the Montreal timeline Carrie. It's about what I was expecting. Sure hope it's a bit faster. I have a 2 year old here real eager to get back home to daddy!! But this sure is a happy day for all of us. :dance: Just what I needed to get to Feb 18th and my sweeties next visit. :)

Do they sent it oversees right away and can the fiance expect package 3 soon?

It goes to the NVC for some other checks before being sent to the overseas Embassy. In my case it took 3 weeks to go through the NVC before being sent. It is then up to the Embassy to send out Packet 3.

Meanwhile you can start getting the Police check done!

You can say that again. I'm not real sure of the next steps. I just hope it's not too long. I'd love to be going home by the end of March. If anyone knows exactly what gets done next let us know. Should I look into booking the appointment for the medical and getting the police check done? And if there are any others who have come from Nova Scotia who can give me a clue ( sorry not sure whether to just go to the local office or not) as to who I see about the police check that would be wonderful too!! What a wonderful day!!!! Can't stop smiling and hugging our son!!! Caleb will be thrill to be back with daddy. :dance:
