my fiancee lives in Michigan she makes 24,000 $ per year , own her house and have a Son ..

So my question ..

is that enough proofs to sponsor me ?

yes that is enough income, If it is you, her and her son she will have to prove annual income of $19,790 or more. It does not matter what state she lives in unless she lives in Hawaii or Alaska the other 48 state are the same here is a link to income required

FYI, most embassy use the 125% poverty for the I-134 so that would make it $24,738 for a household of 3. She can use assets to cover the difference, but I'll let other's cover this since I've never used assets before.

The link I posted is the income requirement it is not 125% of that. That has already been figure in so the correct amount is $19,970

As the post above me says, you need to look at the I-184 on the USCIS website for a household of three. In 2014 this was $24,737.

19,970 is 100% of the poverty guidelines, 24,737 is 125%... Although some embassies will accept 100%, they will need to prove 125% later anyways, when they fill i-864

yes after they are married and do aos they will need the higher income

Yes "some embassies" will accept 100% some of the time but this is not guaranteed. Being able to prove 125% is much safer IMO, unless you have other assets to demonstrate.

I think my fiancee makes 24,800 $ .. already I sent whole documents to embassy . Now I'm waiting my interview date .. even if my fiancee don't make that much money .. do they will ask for joint sponsor ?

I had an info pass appointment with my local USCIS office and this was one of my questions. I was given an income table by the agent and for a family of three, my son, my fiance and myself. I have to show an income of $24,737. Its easy to get an infopass appointment if you would like to find out for yourself.

I think it depends on the country also. Like others said above some will except 100% but its best to reach the 125% mark.
