I am filing my taxes in early February and my interview is on Feb. 25th. From my understanding, I will need to provide the consulate with a copy of my newly filed taxes/W2/1098/1099, etc. as well as newly filled out and signed I-864EZ form correct? I will attach my paystubs from original I-864EZ form plus the additional stubs from later in the year. Is there anything else I will need?

Is it possible to request for an earlier interview date in Lagos consulate if your medical result is out.

Are there condition for this approval.

There's no way for anyone here to tell you if you will be approved we aren't the CO. If you want to request an earlier date you have to ask the embassy. Keep checking your status once it says READY than you know the embassy has it. An example of a sample letter to send to the embassy is on the 1st post.

My interview date is 24th feb, Sorry I received notification yesterday.

Mine is also weird, it still says "At NVC" and interview is Feb. 4th.

I'm worried...

That's not weird at all that's a month away. Some case files may not arrived until a week before. Why you worried? Just prepare stop looking at that status. It will arrive in due time.

Looks like you have your interview in 3 days? Have you tried emailing the embassy? Usually it takes no more than a week to change to "Ready". They probably have it already and your status just never changed?

It might change to Ready any moment hard to know what's going on without hearing from the embassy. I'm not familiar with this but if you know exactly what date it was shipped you might try to use the DHL tracking thing to check if the shipment was delayed or something.
