ok. i have known this girl since 2012 and she has been always honest about what she do for living and i met her on dating site, the good thing i liked more is her honesty and she is real sweet and never talk trashy or unnecessary, means we love our daily conversation.

ok from then we chat and one day we both know we love each other and i have been in phillipines to meet her for five times now and she still work in bar and i know it, i cant accept that but she needs her living and i cant give her the money she needed.

ok now this is the question, is there a possible that we can grant a fiancee visa?

pls i need an honest answer.

What does her working at a bar have to do with her eligibility for a fiancée visa? I'm a little confused about that part.

Also, if she's asking you for money (which you kind of implied by "I can't give her the money she needed"), I would think long and hard about whether this would even be a good decision in the first place.

Some bar girls are more then a waitress or bartender. I think this could be what he is asking about but without more information I would be just speculating.

Sorry, I didn't realize "bar" meant something else in the context of the Philippines.

You should look at this thread...even though it doesn't match your situation exactly, it is relevant in the sense that it addresses beneficiaries with morally "questionable" employment histories in their home countries.

It's not just the Philippines. Someone with more knowledge will come along to give you advice. I'm actually going to move this the the regional forum as they will be more familiar with this.

As far as the visa goes, working as a bar girl will not cause issues, what the embassy will be looking for is a GENUINE relationship - NO FRAUD. You seem to have this with your fiancee. She is honest with you and all is good between you.

Really Vol !!

I question your ability to ascertain the character of others. Your a little narrow minded. I based that on what I have read from you on different topics. Your humor is more along the lines of being a smart ###.

Your situation does not sound like it will be much of a problem with USEM/CO. My advice is to add to any forms that ask for her job title as waitress as you have stated this to be true. Next I advise her and you not to volunteer any information on this subject first. Allow the CO to ask, if they don't then no harm done. If asked give short brief honest answers. Allow the CO to ask the questions. Never not tell the truth. Be confident of your relationship. If this it the girl you want then turn off the outside "noise" and move forward with your plans. I hope you attain the partnership that you dream of.
