Show up in court early, don't wait until court date and settle it down ASAP by paying fine or getting it dismissed whatever you can do to get a court order. It takes at least a week to get into police

Congrats! If I pass my interview tomorrow, would we be in the same ceremony? I hope so because we are in the same area.

My oath date has been scheduled, it's on March 19. Please help me update the info :) !

I'm a December filer, I'll post my info later when I'm home. My question is why does the Nebraska handle so few N400 - my application is in that center.

You only send your application to Nebraska if you are filing a military-related application (applicant or spouse). Not many of us are in that category. Everyone else is divided geographically between Dallas and Phoenix.

I just tried to log on and had no problems! Make sure your password is correct (there has to be at least one uppercase letter and a number in your password)

If you haven't logged in for a while (couple weeks or a month) you need to reset you password when you want to log back in USCIS tracking profile. Security thingies.

I'm waiting for my interview letter to Newark office, someone knows how many days take to receive the letter and the date of interview?. I'm asking because my

husband already bought tickets to travel to my home country for 2 weeks (late March - beginning April), it makes me feel a little worried and I can't think a vacation in peaceful.

I just receive my appointment too. It is usually 30 days (give or take) to actual interview date. I don't think traveling is ideal right now.

Will have my interview in a couple of weeks and may I confirm the following?

The 100 questions contained in the booklet we got after fingerprinting are all I need to study correct? The test will absolutely be within the 100?

Reason I'm asking is I sometimes see folks talking about this study aid and that flash cards. If all we need is within the 100 (and just the answers, not even including the long paragraphs explaining the answers), why bother? Am I missing something here? Last thing I want is walk into the interview unprepared...

I mailed it to Texas, as I live in Massachusetts, but my Receipt Number starts with NBC, and I am in no way military-related. A question to ask the local office when I am in there later getting a different issue looked at.
