I have a question about sending the passport photos in for the form I-129F. It states that I should send my own passport photo and a photo of my fiance, this I understand. But here is my question, my fiance's daughter will be coming with her on her visa (if approved), do I need to send a passport photo of my fiance's daughter?

Thanks,

Mike

All the petitioner needs to include on the I-129F petition form is the names of the beneficiary's children. Benficiary may bring children under a K2 Visa. The children automatically qualify fro the K2 visa as derivitive status of their mom's K1/K3 status (you need only petition for your fiance/wife and list the children)

Thank you, I do understand that, but my question is do I have to send a passport photo of her children? They tell me I have to send her photo but say nothing about her children. I know I am probably reading to much into the documentation but the government is pretty unforgiving for missing something.

You do not send photos or any documentation at all about children. Just list the child where it asks on the I-129F and follow the guide here. No extras needed.

NO, not necessary at your current stage of the process.

Trust me, I know many of the ins and outs of K2 processing.

No. Don't need passport photo of child. Only need what is listed in the instructions for the I-129F.
