Praying for simply case complete and interview scheduling

Its my day 53

Called nvc,and the operator whom I spoke with is still asking me if I paid for the aos,iv or have filled ds-260,or submitted my supporting documents already, even after letting me know that the scan date was 2nd sept. it amused me,cos at this point I shud be hearing case reviewed and complete. Its all good

Its my birthday nxt month, just pray I get case complete and interview scheduling,oh! Lord,am asking please

To all those awaiting response,I pray we all get case complete without checklists, mehn!that sucks

change already status from:

At nvc-in transit-ready--issued..warm hug from hubby.

Amen

Hello September fellows,

AOS Scan Date Sept 8

IV Package Scan Date Sept 24th

Does anyone know if they are reviewing by AOS Scan date first or by IV package? I am confused since I've seen both...

Thanks in advance!

PS: Please fill in your timelines it's easier for us to keep track ;)

I think the iv package scan date that is used because when I spoke with the operator, she was more on 60 days from the iv package, which mine was on the 2nd sept, aos was 18th august

Thanks for your reply!

Guess I won't hear from them before Thanksgiving...even after since a lot of NVC reps will take vacation to celebrate....with their families while we still be apart! I am sooooo tired of this it's almost a year we've been in this hell...

I try to remain positive but some days you just can't ! (Sorry for the ranting...but need to get it out of my chest!)

Please God have mercy on us and get us CCs and NO Checklist ~ Amen

OY!! I know, it's nerve wracking and I don't even have our I-130 submitted yet to USCIA :S

Waiting for my husband to get other documents that are required to be mailed in along with it. I read, re-read, and, think, okay, I got it!! and, then, times passes and, uhoh, what how does the flowchart go again, when do I send that in????

Well, folks may you all find favour and may your journey end soon with you going home to your loved ones.
