I have no idea! I have the Cover sheet sent with welcome letter. But I still can't find a Cover sheet in the receipt section of CEAC........So far have only paid AOS fee...if that matters

After we paid the AOS there was a "receipt page" on this page we could print the "Document cover sheet" it said "Att: CMR/ AOS" or choose to have it emailed. I found it was better to email it and open it in adobe (it printed better for me in the center of the page)

It then took 13 days for the IV Bill to open up to be paid. I checked it relentlessly on the CEAC invoice site and then woke up to an email that it was ready to be paid. It then took the weekend for the payment to clear and then once shown as paid same system to print that "Document Cover Sheet" it said "Att: CMR"

After the IV Bill showed as paid the DS260 opened up. We are sending our packs today and will continue to work on finishing the DS260 this week.

An important information i think i should tell u.....i have received NVC # on 27th october...i didn't pay AOS fee and not filled out DS-261 instantly....i paid fee and filled DS-261 at 6th November...At 8th November fees was showing Paid only after 2 days....and at 11th November IV fee was available to pay i paid it on the same date.....What i want to tell, it took me 14 days to open up my IV fees since my NVC # is assigned, no matter we have filled DS-261 instantly or not....I think May be there is no relation between filling Form DS-261 and then opening up IV fee.....NVC usually taking 14 days to open up IV fees.....thanx

Just a side note NVC must be super busy... I can't get through on the phone (and Im not about to redial for an hour- respect to those of you who have the extreme patience to do so). Instead I emailed them last week tuesday and I still have not got a reply. Well the waiting continues...

Hello every one

thanks for all your helpful information!

after i paid my iv and aos fees im have to mail supoorting documents

as i understood i have to put affidavit of support documents in an envelope and iv documents in another one and then put both of them in a third ond and off they go to NVC ??am I right???!

what should I write on each envelope

1.Supporting documents for nvc case number ...for iv envelope ?

2.affidavit of support form with financial documents for case number.. for the AOS envelope?

I paid the AOS fee but did not see a bar coded cover sheet.........

Still waiting on the IV bill

Where is the DS 260? Or do I have to wait on that also?

Btw, I'm waiting for IV fee and DS260 since almost 3 weeks.

Hi guys, so you guys went ahead and emailed since you guys couldn't get on the phone line? the line's been busy forever....so I was thinking about emailing too. did you guys provide the case number from USCIS in your email?

I emailed because we are living oversea...but with no result. In the end I called them yesterday, twice:) First time I was waiting 17min (1pm EST) and the second one about 30 min. (4 pm EST). It seems I had luck in calling...

I still havnt received a reply to my email. My husband (who has an incredible amount of patience) and is in the US called in yesterday (7amEST) he waited on the phone for 30 minutes and spoke to someone who told us our case has been received by NVC yaay lol

I'd advise that you call them if your able.

Also wheb I sent my email I put the USCIS case number. When my husband called on the phone he said this was the number they used to identify your case until you get assigned the NVC case number.

Btw Frips our timelines on NOA2 and NVC recieve are very similar. They quoted is the 42 days for case number but I'm hoping it comes sooner.

These days NVC assigning the new NVC case # after 20 days since they received the case....In my case i called them and they said we have received ur case on 7th october so wait for 42 days but then i received case # on 27th october...and same happened also to one of my friend...
