The NOA2 has been approved.

So why the USCIS after 22 days, doesnt send the file to the NVC?

Do they like to go over the deadline all the time?

Thanks for the answer

Mine took 17 days to receive at NVC and another 10 days to be entered into the system. People who got NOA2 after me have their file shipped to nvc in less than 7 days.

OK good for you, but I am asking why the USCIS keep the file and doesnt send it?

A better question to get a raise the blood pressure is "Why does it take the NVC 60 days to look at any document" or 4 - 5 months to complete the entire process?

I've heard that they wait until they have a batch of approved I-130s and send them all together. I waited 26 days after my approval for it to be sent to NVC.

Petition that was approved same day as mine was sent the next day. Mine sat at uscis for 3 weeks while I received NOA2 hardcopy stating my file was sent to NVC (dated on the day of approval). Don't ask why, you'll go crazy :D

They send them in batches. If you are lucky enough to get approved right before a batch is sent, then it goes right away. There is no set time for batches either. I had this conversation with NVC when I went through it. NVC told me they receive mail all day long. There us an announcement over the intercom system every time mail comes in. There is no set schedule. Mine took 11 days to get from TSC to NVC

WHY, does things like this not happen with CSC,.,.,but other places, it is nothing but grief!

USCIS, please even the work loads between Service Centers, 29 day approvals, at CSC, and over 200 days at TSC!

What is right about that??

Ours took 6 weeks from NOA2 to NVC case number. Be glad you don't have to go through the rigmarole of NVC processing like the CR1/IR1s - most of us were stuck in NVC for 4 months+ after the case number was assigned.

Take heart, you're not far off completion now.

Apologies!! You are an IR1/CR1.

Sorry, NVC is not quick.

Now is a good time to make sure you have all your documents ready to go, taxes in order. If possible, I'd recommend that you get duplicate originals where possible, we had our entire AOS and IV packets lost by USPS. Review people's posts on what they got checklists for - make sure your AOS form is perfect with absolutely no blank spaces.

Good luck - really hope you are not terribly delayed.

There are some people who are still at NVC from April 2014. There is no deadline. The NVC does what they want. You can't compare CSC to the NSC to the TSC. They all do things differently. There is no set procedure on forwarding files to the NVC. One week they night send 2 shipments, the next week they might not send anything. It might be every 2 weeks or once a month. Best thing you can do is have your paperwork in order and follow the October NVC thread and read the NVC wiki in the first post. Read the most common reasons for checklists so you don't make the same mistake. Ask questions if you are unsure, but read the wiki first. It will answer most of the questions you may have.

there is no "deadline"

I think this is not correct.

The USCIS when approve the I-130 write that we have to wait 30 days before contacting NVC.

Anyway 36 days are gone and we are still waiting for the case number.

Hope to have it before Xmas.

God bless America
