Okay so I'm new to this board and would like some advice during this journey. I've been reading for a while and some of these posts have actually helped my husband and I start the AOS process.

So for starters my husband and I were together for 5 years before getting married March 31st this year. He's a U.S citizen and I have lived in the U.S for 7 years and I overstayed my visitors visa. Below is a timeline of our journey so far

3/31/14- Got married

6/18/14-Sent package(i-765,i-485,i-130) to Chicago lockbox

6/23/14-Got email & text message saying application received

7/14/14- Received Biometrics date for 8/12/14

7/28/14- RFE received for i-864 for proof of husband's income meeting guidelines

8/12/14-Biometrics completed at local Brooklyn office

8/15/14- Mailed out RFE response

8/28/14- RFE response received

9/10/14-Changed address. Online system updated to state change of address.

Day 115......no EAD, no word on if the RFE documents were accepted. :clock:

My question now is; Is case within normal processing times? I'm getting a little worried since I did my biometrics back in August and it is now mid October and there is no word on if the EAD was approved or if the RFE info was accepted. I don't know if I'm overreacting but I'm getting really worried and it's a bit frustrating not being able to work and help hubby with the bills. I'm hoping somebody could give me some advice , any help would be nice thanks!

Btw my case is being process at the National Benefits Center.

Your EAD is way overdue past 90days, you should call USCIS customer service or schedule an info pass. Even some of us who filed in August have already received EAD's. Some people in your timeline have even had interview letters depending on their local offices.
